Well, my birth certificate says Cassanora but since we’re virtual homies now feel free to call me Cass; Dr. Cass if you’re nasty! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, millennial change agent, and self-proclaimed pot stirrer! I don’t shy away from difficult conversations and have no problem being a little (or A LOT) controversial when necessary. I poke the bear, I stoke the fire, I shake the table; and I am unapologetic about doing so in order for equity, justice, and truth to prevail (I moonlight as a superhero on the weekends).  I believe anything that matters produces controversy and when it comes to the things I value I want all the smoke!

Sometimes I keep it light; other times I get right down to the nitty gritty. Regardless of the topic I always say what I mean and mean what I say! Now that you know a little bit about me and why I do what I do, let’s get controversial!
